Terms of use

Who we are
This website belongs to Ajinse Group Inc., doing business as AJINSE School of Aeronautics, at 3814 Curtiss Parkway, Miami, FL 33166. By using the site you accept these terms.
What this website is for
The site describes our FAA-approved Aircraft Dispatcher Certification Course and lets you ask us for information. It is not an enrollment agreement. Enrollment happens in writing, directly with the school.
The FAA issues the certificate
Our course prepares you for the FAA Aircraft Dispatcher knowledge and practical tests. The Federal Aviation Administration, not the school, gives the tests and issues the Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate to applicants who pass and meet its eligibility requirements. Nothing on this site promises a test result or a certificate.
Dates, tuition and course details
Class dates, seats, tuition and what the course includes can change. The figures on this site are current to the best of our knowledge as of the "Last updated" date on this page, but the written information we give you when you enroll is what applies. Ask us to confirm anything you are relying on.
Using the site
You may read and print pages for your own use. Please do not copy the text, logo or course outline for another business, and do not send anything through the form that is unlawful, abusive or not your own.
Links to other sites
We may link to government and other sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent Florida law allows, the school is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site instead of on the written information we give you directly.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to info@ajinseaviation.com.
